Incorrect Item:
In the event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you without any additional cost or issue a refund for your order. However, the incorrect item would need to be ship back to us, before we send you to correct item. We will cover the shipping cost, but receipts will be required. Once we receive confirmation that the incorrect item has been shipped back to us, we will initiate the process of sending you the correct item. The new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost. To notify us of an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team and provide the necessary details, including the order number and a description or evidence of the error.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team: Before returning an item, please reach out to our customer support team via email. Provide your order details, including the order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
b. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, if applicable. This RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
c. Package and Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ship the item back to us using a reliable shipping service with tracking capabilities. The return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified or in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
